Back-to-School: Two New CATS Resources for Anxiety Treatment in Schools

Welcome Back to School!

Hello, As schools prepare for the new year, we’re excited to share updated editions of our school‑based anxiety treatment materials—now redesigned in the new colorful Coping Cat visual style.

CATS bridges the gap between clinical research and real-world practice, making CBT accessible, practical, and effective in the school context for kids in elementary & middle school.

  • Bright, cohesive Coping Cat visuals for stronger student engagement.
  • Expanded reflection spaces that support kids in identifying anxious thoughts, facing fears gradually, and building confidence.
  • Updated design for supportive session materials such as “feeling charades” cards, “I CAN” quick guides, deep breathing & relaxation script & more!
