Institutional Purchase Orders

Please follow the steps outlined below for submitting Institutional Purchase Orders.

If you have any questions regarding which books should be purchased, please reach out via email to websales@workbookpublishing.com for further assistance. Pricing on all products can be found in the downloaded PDF linked to below.

Instructions:
  1. Download the Purchase Orders PDF here. icon to download pdf

  2. Once your institution is ready to order, please send an email to websales@workbookpublishing.com including the following:

    • Completed PO ORDER FORM indicating the quantity of each book requested

    • Full delivery address

    • Note any special delivery instructions or deadlines that need to be met

  3. Workbook Publishing will advise the additional shipping cost for final cost approval.

  4. Once Workbook Publishing receives approval of all costs and an official Purchase Order from the buyer's institution, we will start filling the order.

  5. Workbook Publishing will provide tracking information once available. Additionally an invoice will be issued for payment.

  6. Buyer's institution will send payment via check or request ACH transfer details.
