Here are some citations relevant to the treatment materials divided into categories:

  1. Implementation Style includes paper of therapist style, flexibility within fidelity, and features of exposure tasks.

  2. Evaluations of Outcomes include randomized clinical trials, comparisons with medications and other types of treatment, and factors that are associated with differential outcomes.

  3. Follow-up Evaluations are just that: studies of the treated youth years after they completed the treatment program.  The follow-up ranges from 1 to 12 (and more) years.
