Anxiety

Our empirically supported cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) materials are specially designed for mental health service providers (e.g., therapists, counselors, guidance, etc.) working with youth and families.  Our programs provide youth (ages 7-17) with engaging, appealing, and developmentally appropriate workbooks for them to learn skills to meet their specific needs.  The programs are manual-based, and there are corresponding treatment manuals included in each package.  A Parent Companion  book is also offered as an additional tool for parents/families to understand more about anxiety, the treatment program, and the ways they may be involved and helpful in their child’s treatment.

Coping Cat for Children (Age 7-13)

Typically implemented as individual treatment, this sixteen session program teaches and promotes coping skills for dealing with anxiety. Purchase one Coping Cat Workbook for each participating child, one Therapist Manual for each service provider, and we recommend one Parent Companion per family.
