E-Learning Tools

We've developed Coping Cat e-learning programs that can serve as a helpful resource for supporting children and teens with anxiety. Behavioral health professionals can augment their services with empirically supported online content. Parents and children can learn CBT skills for anxiety management right from their desks and at their own pace!

Each e-learning program is based on rigorous research and offer flexible subscription models for schools, clinics or direct-to-family access. Bundle options are available for those wanting a full suite of resources. The may be applied to a school, group, or individual setting.

For Children:

Camp Cope-A-Lot is a 12-session child-facing, animated online program for ages 7-13 that mirrors the core elements of Coping Cat, designed to be completed with adult support. 

 

For Parents:

Child Anxiety Tales is a parent-directed online program that teaches evidence-based strategies to support children with anxiety. There are ten, 35-minute fully animated modules that teaches parents background and principles of cognitive-behavioral treatment, relaxation techniques, and step-by-step guidelines on helping children and adolescents understand how to manage anxiety.  

For Therapists:

Our CBT4CBT for Child Anxiety 13-session provider course offers structured, self-paced training, guiding clinicians through implementing Coping Cat with fidelity. Subscription options make it easy to integrate into individual or group professional development plans. Applicable for child and teen treatment.
